President
Bernhard was born and raised in Germany until he immigrated to California at age 17. His mechanical career began with training in the Air Force as a Jet Engine Mechanic where he was Chief Technician on the flight line and obtained his Airframe and Power Plant License. After his Honorable discharge from the Air Force he started his training on Mercedes Benz vehicles. His Father’s shop was located in Marina Del Rey and he worked there for over 12 years before he came across an opportunity to acquire this business in 1985. “I’m thankful for all the help and support I’ve received over the years to make our business such a success.”

Service Manager
Berny was introduced to the repair shop environment at an early age. “I used to work every summer at the shop.” After graduating in 1995 from Cal State Northridge in Organizational Systems Management, he started working for his Father full time. It has been his goal to take what his Father has built to the next level by attracting a talented staff, creating relationships with customers, and providing a valuable service experience that beats the competition.

Shop Foreman
Dirk “the guru” over sees all the repairs and services performed in the shop. His vast Mercedes training and experience makes him the “go to” guy for any troubleshooting. He has a Master Certification from Mercedes and if you just talk to him, you’ll find he really knows his stuff.

Technicians


Art has over 10 years experience in European vehicles and is continually adding to his skills. He comes from a family of automotive technicians, so you could say it’s in his blood. “I get great satisfaction from fixing cars.” Art is very committed to his craft and is meticulous in his work when it comes to cleanliness and organization.

Hector is our BMW specialty technician. He has over 25 years in the automotive industry and received factory training at BMW. He is highly motivated and takes great pride in his work.

Service Advisor

Jack was first bitten by the automotive bug at 8 years old when his Dad would bring him to work on Saturdays, 'Hank's Texaco' on Manchester. Later he worked as a mechanic for his Dad when he opened his own shop, and rebuilt his first engine at 15. Over the last 20 years he’s held numerous customer relations positions. Jack’s a really easy person to talk to and has a great deal of patience. “I focus on getting your car back to you quickly, at a fair price and done right the first time.”

Customer Service

Juan is our concierge and butler. He makes sure you and your vehicle are well taken care of. When you meet him, you’ll know he has a genuine heart and really cares for people.

Cherry backs up Jack on the phones so your call is handled quickly. She also helps to schedule our customers for services and ensures that you were satisfied with your service experience. Being in the real estate business for over 20 years and an existing customer since 2000, she understands the importance of good, honest service.
